AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND THE LAW OFFICE OF JESSICA RYAN KEENEY SUBJECT: Agreement between Lassen County and Law Office of Jessica Ryan Keeney for the purpose of providing representation in child support cases for Lassen and Plumas County DCSS in the amount of $110,000 per fiscal year for the term July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2027. FISCAL IMPACT: Payment will be made from Lassen DCSS Administrative allocation to Fund/Budget Unit No. 528-0432. There will be no impact to the General Fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with Law Office of Jessica Ryan Keeney; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
