LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JM WELLS, JR. FAMILY TRUST AND JEAN M WELLS FAMILY TRUST SUBJECT: Lease Agreement between Lassen County Health and Social Services and J.M. Wells, Jr., Family Trust and Jean M. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Lease Agreement; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the Lease Agreement.
