72 HOUR VEHICLE TOWING ORDINANCE SUBJECT: Proposed amendment to Section 1.19.180 (Vehicle removal after 72 hours) of the Lassen County Code, concerning towing vehicles from public roads after being left in the same place for 72 hours. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report; and 2) conduct a public hearing; and 3) find that adoption of the proposed ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines; and 4) introduce and waive the first reading.
