AGREEMENT# 23-HK-18087 BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUBJECT: Agreement #23-HK-1807 between the California Department of Housing and Community Development, Lassen County, and ColWest Investments for the purpose of the Homekey Program to provide housing for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the amount of $2,917,454.00 for the term of 15 years. FISCAL IMPACT: State funding grants will be used for the County responsibilities in these agreements. There is no impact to the County general fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with the Department of Housing and Community Development; and 3) Authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
