PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND CALIFORNIA MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY (CALMHSA) SUBJECT: Participation Agreement between Lassen County and California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) for the Quality Measures and Performance Improvement Program. The Agreement is effective upon execution through December 31, 2024, with the amount not to exceed $15,000. FISCAL IMPACT: This will be paid from Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-751 and Mental Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with the California Mental Health Services Authority; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
