CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION MODIFICATION SUBJECT: The Planning and Building Services Department is requesting a modification to the job description for the Code Enforcement Officer job description to create a Code Enforcement Officer III classification. FISCAL IMPACT: No impact to the General Fund for the 2025/2026 or 2026/2027 Fiscal Year budgets, as currently the two positions are filled at the Code Enforcement Officer I level. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the modification to the job description; and/or 2) provide direction to staff.
