FISCAL IMPACT: Total agreement amount will be $98,690.28. Funding is available in Road Fund/Budget Unit No. 122-1221 ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve third amendment to agreement with NCE to perform environmental services related to Public Works Johnstonville Road Bridge Rail Project in the total amount of $98,690.28; and 2) authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the amendment.
