DISTRICT ATTORNEY AGREEMENT WITH JORDAN FUNK SUBJECT: Agreement between Lassen County District Attorney’s Office and Jordan Funk for Prison Prosecution Services for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027 with a maximum amount of $600,000. FISCAL IMPACT: No impact to the County General Fund. This agreement is reimbursed from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).
