PUBLIC HEALTH AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT NUMBER 22-11339 SUBJECT: Amendment A1 to Grant Agreement Number 22-11339 between the California Department of Public Health and the County of Lassen to increase the Maximum amount to $281,376 through Fiscal Year 2025/2026. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact to the County General Fund. This is a Revenue Agreement for Public Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0731. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve Amendment A1 to Grant Agreement Number 22-11339; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the Amendment.
