FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND STAR VIEW BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INC., AKA STAR VIEW ADOLESCENT CENTER SUBJECT: First Amendment to the Agreement between Lassen County and Star View Behavioral Health Inc., aka Star View Adolescent Center, to provide needed mental health services for children and adolescents. Raising the Maximum Amount for the term of March 14, 2025, through June 30, 2025, to $174,240 and raising the maximum amount for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, to $522,720. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no impact on the County General Fund. This Agreement will be paid from Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751 and Mental Health Services Act Fund/Budget Unit No. 164-0752. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Amendment with Star View Behavioral Health Inc., aka Star View Adolescent Center, and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the Amendment.
