DISTRICT ATTORNEY BASE PAY INCREASE SUBJECT: Resolution Increasing the Base Pay from a Range 38 to a Range 40 of the District Attorney. FISCAL IMPACT: No impact to Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/2026, this increase was included in appropriations for Fund/Budget Unit 130-0431. Increases for FY 2026/2027 will be included in that budget process. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive memo from the District Attorney; and 2) adopt resolution increasing the base pay of the District Attorney.
