ASSESSMENT APPEALS BOARD APPLICATION FEE SUBJECT: Ordinance enacting Chapter 2.35.090 of the Lassen County Code relating to Assessment Appeals Board Fees. The ordinance will implement a $25 fee per parcel application. FISCAL IMPACT: Potential increased revenue. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Waive second reading; and 2) adopt ordinance; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
