AMENDED LASSEN COUNTY DEPUTY SHERIFF'S ASSOCIATION SIDE LETTER AGREEMENT SUBJECT: Amended Side Letter Agreement between the County of Lassen and Lassen County Deputy Sheriff’s Association (LCDSA) for the purpose of continuing the utilization of patrol deputies to cover ongoing staffing shortages at the Jail until appropriate custodial deputy staffing is secured on or before September 25, 2025. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Ratify Amended Side Letter; and 2) authorize Chairman to execute; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
