PLANNING AND BUILDING SERVICES SUBJECT: Proposed Ordinance Amending Article I of Title 12 of the Lassen County Code (known as the Lassen County Building Code). The amendment will remove the requirement to install fire sprinklers within all residential structures over two thousand square feet, constructed under Chapter 12.27 of Lassen County Code. FISCAL IMPACT: None ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report; and 2) conduct a Public Hearing; and 3) waive the second reading and adopt the ordinance.
