AGRICULTURAL EXEMPTION SUBJECT: Consider a resolution amending the Guidelines for Administration of Building Permit Exemptions for Agricultural Buildings adopted by board Resolution No. 04-028 and find that greenhouses otherwise meeting the requirements of the Guidelines are exempt from the requirement to secure a building permit. FISCAL IMPACT: None. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive report; and 2) adopt a resolution.
