BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND RESTPADD HEALTH CORP SUBJECT: First Amendment to the Agreement between Lassen County and Restpadd Health Corp. to extend the maximum amount of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/2026 to $175,000 and FY 2026/2027 to $200,000, making the maximum contract amount not to exceed $375,000. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement with Restpadd Health Corp.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the amendment.
