FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No.110-0751. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the First Amendment to the Agreement with Restpadd Health Corp.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the amendment.
