BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND CASA SERENITY, LLC SUBJECT: First Amendment to the agreement between Lassen County and Casa Serenity, LLC, to update the Community-Based Organization Master Contract and the Lobbying Restrictions and Disclosure Certification. FISCAL IMPACT: This Agreement will be paid from Behavioral Health Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751 and Mental Health Services Act Fund/Budget No. 164-0752. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the first amendment to the agreement with Casa Serenity, LLC; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the amendment.
