ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the First Amendment to agreement with Hat Creek Construction and Materials, Inc. for the Public Road Crossing Improvement Project on Hackstaff Road; and 2) authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to execute the First Amendment to Agreement upon approval as to form by County Counsel.
