BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES SUBJECT: Agreement #26-60036 between Lassen County and the Department of Health Care Services for the County Performance Contract the term will follow the State Fiscal Year 2026/2027 through 2028/2029. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a zero-dollar agreement. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement #26-60036 with the Department of Health Care Services; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the agreement.
