SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY OF LASSEN AND LASSEN COUNTY MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION (LCMPA) SUBJECT: Ratification of Side Letter of Agreement to modify the overtime calculation for the Road Field Supervisor and Road Maintenance Supervisor classifications. FISCAL IMPACT: Undetermined. There would be an Increase to the Road Fund/Budget Unit No. 122-1221 when overtime is earned. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Ratify Side Letter of Agreement; and/or 2) provide direction to staff.
