MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE GOLDEN STATE FINANCE AUTHORITY AND THE COUNTY OF LASSEN SUBJECT: Request to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Golden State Finance Authority and the County of Lassen regarding a Jail Medical Care Feasibility Study for the North State Region of California. FISCAL IMPACT: Cost not to exceed $33,438.39 to be paid out of General Fund, Fund/Budget Unit No. 100-0101. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve Memorandum of Understanding with Golden State Finance Authority; and 2) authorize the Chairman to execute; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
