MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF LASSEN AND UNITED PUBLIC EMPLOYEES OF CALIFORNIA, LOCAL 792 (UPEC) AND ACCOMPANYING SIDE LETTER AGREEMENT SUBJECT: Ratification of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between County of Lassen and United Public Employees of California, Local 792 (UPEC)- Lassen County General Employees' Unit (General) effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027; and ratification of accompanying side letter agreement. FISCAL IMPACT: Varied over multiple budget units. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Ratify MOU and accompanying side letter with UPEC - General Unit; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the MOU and side letter; and/or 3) provide direction to staff.
