FISCAL IMPACT: Funding is available within the current 2025/2026 Fiscal Year Road Construction Fund/Budget Unit No. 122-1222 ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the First Amendment to agreement with Hat Creek Construction and Materials, Inc. for the Public Road Crossing Improvement Project on Hackstaff Road; and 2) authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to execute the first amendment to agreement.
