AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND RESOLVE FORENSICS, LLC SUBJECT: Agreement between the Lassen County Sheriff's Office and Resolve Forensics, LLC to provide advanced DNA testing and Investigative Genetic Genealogy services. FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from the Professional Services account line; DNA Fund/Budget Unit No. 186-537. The agreement is for a term of three (3) years with an ability to extend usage to (5) years from the date of ratification, with a maximum amount of $80,400, to be paid in the 2025-2026 budget year. There is no fiscal impact to the general fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the agreement with Resolve Forensics, LLC; and 2) authorize the Lassen County Sheriff or designee to execute the agreement.
