CAL-AIM BUDGET APPROVAL FOR PROBATION DEPARTMENT SUBJECT: Approval of the Probation CalAim Budget for Path Round III Funding. FISCAL IMPACT: No impact to the general fund. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Ratify creation of Fund/Budget Unit No. 138-0556; and 2) approve appropriation in the amount of $1,004,521 (4/5 vote required); and 3) approve revenues in amount of $1,500,000; and/or 4) provide direction to staff.
