CALTRANS COOPERATIVE NOXIOUS WEED AGREEMENT SUBJECT: Three year agreement with CalTrans and the Agricultural Commissioner for the treatment of noxious weeds. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a revenue agreement. Ag Commissioner will receive reimbursement from CalTrans for a cost not to exceed $44,600 over a three year period. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve agreement; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute.
