FISCAL IMPACT: There is No Fiscal Impact to the General Fund. Funding for this Agreement will be paid from Fund/Budget Unit No. 120-0853. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with Social Change Partners, LLC.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer or Designee to execute the Agreement.
