MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ACT (MHSA) ANNUAL UPDATES FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 SUBJECT: Approval of Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Annual Update Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025. FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for MHSA programs is dependent on the approval of the annual updates. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt the FY 2024-2025 MHSA plan update; and 2) approve its submission to the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC).
