SUBJECT: First Amendment to the Agreement between Lassen County and Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens for a maximum amount of $568,000 for the term of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, to provide services related to professional psychiatric, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from Fund/Budget Unit No. 110-0751 and 110-0771. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens, and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the Agreement.
