RESOLUTION TO APPROVE EXPENDITURE FROM LASSEN COUNTY FUND 118 FISH AND GAME SUBJECT: Adopt resolution approving an expenditure of $7,150 from Lassen County Fund 118 Fish and Game to be appropriated in Budget Unit 1181 in Fiscal Year 2023-2024 budget for the improvement of wildlife habitat. FISCAL IMPACT: Fund 118 has a balance of $38,518.24. An Expenditure from Fund 118 must be reviewed at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisor to ensure compliance with State of California Fish and Game Code Section 13103. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Adopt Resolution; and 2) approve budget appropriation increase for $7,150 for a total appropriation of $10,350. (4/5 vote required)
