CODE ENFORCEMENT SUBJECT: Proposed ordinance adding Chapter 1.20 to the Lassen County Code pertaining to an Administrative Citation Program. (File 323.03). FISCAL IMPACT: Potential partial recovery of code enforcement costs. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Receive Report; and 2) find that introduction of the proposed ordinance is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15308 (Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the Environment) and 15321 (Enforcement Actions by Regulatory Agencies); and 3) introduce and waive the first reading; or 4) provide direction to staff.
