PURCHASE OF SERVICE TRUCK FOR THE ROAD DIVISION SUBJECT: Purchase of service truck for a Not to Exceed amount of $204,000. FISCAL IMPACT: Cost of purchase is $194,429.50. Shipping is extra and will be determined when item is ready to ship. Funding for the purchase is available in the Road Fund/Budget Unit No. 122-1221. In the event the service truck is not delivered during this fiscal year the currently budgeted funding will be carried forward in the next fiscal year budget. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Award purchase of a service truck to Downtown Sacramento Ford in a Not to Exceed amount of $204,000; and 2) authorize the Director of Public Works to execute acquisition documents.
