TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT ACT (TDA) 2020 AND 2021 AUDIT SUBJECT: Accept audited financial statements and compliance report of the Transportation Development Act (TDA) fund allocated for non-transit purposes of the County of Lassen as of and for the years ending June 30, 2020 and 2021. FISCAL IMPACT: Accepting the Audit Reports will allow the LTSA to invoice the Lassen County Transportation (LCTC) for TDA funds in the amount of $9,769.06 in pedestrian and bicycle funding and $516,633 for transportation related funding, which was set aside and approved by the LCTC. ACTION REQUESTED: That the board accept the audited TDA financial statements and compliance report for the years ending June 30, 2020 and 2021.
