PUBLIC HEALTH AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND METOPIO, INC SUBJECT: Agreement between Lassen County and Metopio, Inc. in the amount of $93,250 for the term of February 1, 2024 through October 30, 2024 to complete a Community Health Assessment as required by California Department of Public Health funding. FISCAL IMPACT: This Agreement will be paid out of Public Health Fund/Budget 110-0731. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve agreement with Metopio, Inc.; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the amendment.
