BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY AND CALIFORNIA HEARING OFFICERS, LLP SUBJECT: Agreement between Lassen County and California Hearing Officers, LLP in the maximum amount of $50,000 for the term of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 to provide hearing officers for mental health certification review hearings to preside over and conduct hearings as identified in California Welfare and Institutions Code §5250 et seq. FISCAL IMPACT: This Agreement will be paid out of Mental Health Fund/Budget 110-0751. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve Agreement with California Hearing Officers, LLP; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the Agreement.
