AGREEMENT BETWEEN LASSEN COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION AND LASSEN COUNTY SUBJECT: Agreement between Lassen County Office of Education and Lassen County Health and Social Services for child care services to meet the obligations mandated in CalWORKS legislation (SB1542) in the Amount of $250,003 for the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year. FISCAL IMPACT: This agreement will be paid from Fund/Budget Unit No. 120-0855. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Agreement with the Lassen County Office of Education; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the Agreement.
