AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTNERSHIP HEALTHPLAN OF CALIFORNIA AND LASSEN COUNTY SUBJECT: Amendment Number 2 to the Master Administration Services Agreement between Partnership HealthPlan of California and Lassen County for Substance Use Disorder Services. FISCAL IMPACT: This is a Revenue Agreement based on Services Provided. ACTION REQUESTED: 1) Approve the Amendment; and 2) authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute the Agreement.
