1. Request Board: A) approve the contract between the County of Inyo and BSE General Engineering, Inc. of Descanso, CA, as a sole-source provider, for the provision of the Gas Extraction Well Equipment Project in an amount not to exceed $47,604.05 for the period of August 17, 2022 through June 30, 2023, contingent upon the Board’s approval of the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget, B) authorize the Board Chairperson to sign the contract, contingent on all appropriate signatures being obtained; and C) authorize the Public Works Director to sign all other contract documents, including change orders, to the extent permitted pursuant to Section 20142 of the Public Contract Code and other applicable law.
