Election of Chair and Vice-Chair - The Community & Library Services Commission shall hold its annual elections. The sitting Chair shall preside over the meeting until which time a new Chair is elected. Nominations shall be taken from the floor. After the election of Chair, the new Chair shall preside over the remainder of the Commission meeting, beginning with the election of the Vice-Chair.
