The project includes an approximately 2,359 sq. ft. commercial hotel operated on the first and second floors, and the owner/operator will occupy a 1,560 sq. ft. two bedroom residential unit on the first floor. The approved CUP included a conceptual approval for a Coastal Development Permit by the Coastal Commission.
