Carr Park Conceptual Plan - Staff has worked with David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc. (DVD) to conduct a public input process and develop a conceptual master plan to make needed improvements at Carr Park. There is a need for the Community and Library Services Commission to review the conceptual plan and make a recommendation to City Council for approval. Recommendation: Approve the conceptual plan for Carr Park reconfiguration and forward to City Council for their consideration.
