Hufford, Coastal Development Permit and Special Permits Record Number: PLN-2025-19298 Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN): 520-211-001 Orick Area A Modification to a previously approved Coastal Development Permit (CDP). The original permit authorized the removal of an approximately 1,450 square-foot manufactured home and replacement with an approximately 1,584 square-foot manufactured home in the same location. The Modification will authorize additional grading to create additional parking and flat area surrounding the new residence with the installation of a four-foot retaining wall. Approximately 320 cubic yards of cut material will be excavated around the residence and filled on the slope adjacent to the residence. Cut and fill will be balanced on site. The parcel is served with on-site water and on-site wastewater treatment systems. A Special Permit is required for Design Review.
