The original permit authorized the removal of an approximately 1,450 square-foot manufactured home and replacement with an approximately 1,584 square-foot manufactured home in the same location. The Modification will authorize additional grading to create additional parking and flat area surrounding the new residence with the installation of a four-foot retaining wall.
