The tree is approximately 118-inches in diameter and 252 feet in height. Structural defects include a significant cavity with rot present at a height of approximately 200 feet, a large cut at the base of the tree which is a vector for disease, and a root system that is in poor health and has been adversely affected by adjacent improvements.
