  15. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission approve the Draft Minutes from the regular scheduled meeting on June 12, 2025. 22-133 approved Pass
  16. 2. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission approve the Draft Minutes from the regular scheduled meeting on August 14, 2025. 22-178 approved Pass
  17. 17 PUBLIC HEARINGS
  18. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-10 denying appeal APP25-00001 and upholding the Development Review Committee (DRC) approval of site plan review SPR23-00018 and adoption of associated Mitigated Negative Declaration. 22-142 approved Pass
  19. 4. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-15, approving CUP22-00016 and Tentative Parcel Map No. 20883 (TPM24-00003) and adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration. 22-193 approved Pass

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-12 recommending that the City Council introduce and place on first reading an ordinance approving DCA25-00003, modifying development standards associated with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (Junior ADUs). 22-191 approved Pass
  21. 6. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-11 recommending that the City Council introduce and place on first reading an ordinance approving SPLA25-00004. 22-177 recommended for approval Pass
  22. 7. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2025-13 recommending that the City Council: 1) Adopt Objective Design Standards (ODS) for multifamily and mixed-use residential projects; and 2) Approve a Development Code Amendment (DCA25-00002) and Specific Plan Amendment (SPLA25-00002) incorporating the ODS into the Hesperia Municipal Code and the Main Street and Freeway Corridor Specific Plan (MSFCSP). 22-187 recommended for approval Pass
