  10. 10 Please complete a “Comment Card” and give it to the Commission Secretary. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per individual. State your name for the record before making your presentation. This request is optional, but very helpful for the follow-up process. Under the provisions of the Brown Act, the Commission is prohibited from taking action on oral requests. However, Members may respond briefly or refer the communication to staff. The Commission may also request the Commission Secretary to calendar an item related to your communication at a future meeting.
  11. 11 CONSENT CALENDAR
  12. 1. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission approve the Draft Minutes from the regular scheduled meeting on November 13, 2025. 22-395 approved Pass
  13. 2. Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review this annual report and forward it to the City Council with the intent to direct staff to transmit copies to the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research, and the Department of Housing and Community Development as required by State law. 22-382
  14. 14 PUBLIC HEARINGS
  15. 3. Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. PC-2026-01 recommending that the City Council approve Conditional Use Permit CUP24-00012 and adopt the associated mitigated negative declaration pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. 22-379 approved Pass
