Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Accept the completed FY 2023-24 CDBG Street Improvements project, Construction Order No. (C.O.) 7172; 2. Authorize staff to record a Notice of Completion; and 3. Authorize the release of all withheld retention amounts no sooner than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of recordation.
