Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District: 1. Accept the completed Maple Sewer Line Replacement project, Construction Order No. (C.O.) 9018; 2. Authorize staff to record a Notice of Completion; and 3. Authorize the release of all withheld retention amounts no sooner than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of recordation.
