Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize a contract for the purchase and installation of equipment from Rhythm Engineering in the amount of $151,400 plus a 10 % contingency of $15,140 for a total contract amount of $166,540 for the Main Street Traffic Signal Synchronization Project - Phase II, C.O. No. 7133; and 2. Authorize the City Manager and/or designee to execute the contract and any other necessary documents thereto.
