Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District (District) adopt Resolution No. HWD 2026-07 accepting the District’s 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP), as written or as amended during the public hearing, and authorize submittal of the UWMP to the California Department of Water Resources as required by the Urban Water Management Planning Act.
