Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-013 authorizing the City Manager to submit payment program applications for the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) City/County Payment Program for all CalRecycle payment programs for a period of five (5) years from the date of adoption of this resolution.
